Our Restorative classes eschew the traditional cultural teachings that surround the practice. Instead, we seek to focus solely on the wellness of students – guiding and coaching them to achieve their goals.

    Zakaj naš boot camp dobra izbira za vas?

    V studiu izvajamo boot camp na nekoliko drugačen način. Ne mislite, da gre za vojaški dril, za preveč intenzivno in prenaporno vadbo. Naši treningi so učinkoviti tudi brez pretiravanj in pri treniranju uživamo! Pri nas je bootcamp progresiven.

    Program se spreminja glede na vašo zmogljivost: skupaj poslušamo spremembe v vašem telesu in se jim prilagajamo. Ogrevanje je namenjeno seznanjanju z gibalnimi strukturami, in sicer: v prvem delu poskrbimo za povečevanje gibljivosti, v drugem delu pa izberemo nekaj vaj, ki že ogrevajo mišice za sam trening. Sledi glavni del treninga s petimi ali šestimi vajami, običajno za krepitev in moč – osredotočene so na ponovitve ali na čas.

    Redna boot camp vadba ima številne pozitivne učinke! Veste katere?

    Boot Camp je oblika funkcionalne vadbe pri kateri so ključne tri osnovne stvari – uporaba lastne teže, enakomerno aktiviranje vseh mišičnih skupin in skupinska motivacija. Glavni doprinosi redne bootcam vadbe so:

    • Povečanje moči in vzdržljivosti
    • Osredotočenost
    • Povečanje gibljivosti
    • Izboljšanje splošnega počutja
